- Does an inactive client workspace count?
- No, from the day it is paused. A paused workspace stops billing at the next invoice, keeps every run and Playbook item, and can be reactivated any month. A workspace with no runs for 60 days is flagged so you notice; we never pause a workspace on your behalf, only you pause it.
- Can clients see AnswerGeo anywhere?
- Only if you switch the "Powered by" line on. Report links open on your domain, PDFs carry your logo, digest e-mails come from your sending domain, and the method note is titled "Measurement method" with no vendor name. The client's own browser address bar shows your domain, not ours.
