Your account data, queries, stored answers and Playbook live on Render in Frankfurt (EU), with backups in the EU, and raw answers are kept 12 months. 3 things leave Frankfurt: the query text goes to each engine for measurement; your domain and business description go to a model provider to generate the query list; the sentence in which your brand appears goes to a model provider for the sentiment word. Neither provider is chosen yet; both are named on the subprocessor page before the first query list is generated. The one piece of account data that leaves Frankfurt is the e-mail we send you. Your address and the message go to the e-mail provider on the subprocessor page. No payment data leaves Frankfurt. Search Console cannot be connected yet, so no Search Console data reaches us. Every processor is listed on the subprocessor page with its location. There is no self-service export or deletion screen yet. Write to the address on the imprint: a workspace or an account is erased on request, with the answers stored for it. An erasure reaches the backups within 8 weeks, as the dumps that still hold it are deleted. A restore before then erases it again. An address on the Agency waiting list is kept 12 months after it is confirmed, and the link in its mail removes it sooner.

AnswerGeo cannot connect to Search Console: there is no such integration, so no Search Console data is read or stored. Signing in with Google gives us your name and e-mail address, and nothing else.
