This agreement applies automatically to every account; no signature is needed. AnswerGeo processes personal data in your queries, brand names and competitor names only on your instructions and only to provide the service. Data stays on servers in Frankfurt (EU); non-EU providers are covered by the standard contractual clauses (Module 2) and the UK addendum, listed on the subprocessor page. We tell you 14 days before a subprocessor changes and within 48 hours of a personal-data breach. The technical and organisational measures are in the annex. A countersigned copy is sent on request to the address on the imprint.
