Every new workspace runs Growth for 14 days without a card and nothing is charged automatically; you pay only when you choose a plan. Monthly plans end at the end of the current period; yearly plans need 30 days' notice before renewal; the first payment on a new plan is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of it, and nothing is refunded pro rata after that. Prices are in EUR excl. VAT and change only with 30 days' notice by e-mail. Engines change their models without notice; we label the change, and we never promise a citation or a ranking. You can export the Playbook as CSV and ask us for the rest; data is kept 30 days after cancellation and then deleted.
